Mountain Rise is a newly renovated 6 room holiday cottage set in one and a quarter acres of prime real estate overlooking the ocean. This tranquil Hout Bay accommodation offers everything in a beautiful setting. With mountains behind and a stunning sea view in front, Victorskloof is the most sought after location in beautiful Hout Bay. Located close to Cape Town central via the stunning Atlantic seaboard road past Camps Bay and Clifton, Hout Bay is also easily accessible via Constantia Nek to the southern suburbs.

Hout Bay's glorious beach is set between the towering Sentinal on the one side and the world famous Chapman's Peak Drive on the other with Hout Bay Harbour tucked in the corner. From Mountain Rise the ocean is framed on both sides by mountains with a view to die for. The cottage has a full length patio to enjoy early morning breakfast or evening sundowners.

The driveway gate is operated by remote. The owners are in a separate house in the grounds and are available at most times to assist with any queries.
